I have never heard a child younger than 6 say my name correctly, usually saying something that sounds like ow-win, ah-nee, ah-nah, or a variation of. My sister had the most interesting interpretation, calling me "way-ah" eventually shortening it to just "way". She didn't have a problem saying any other word.
